Who is eligible to become a web hosting partner?
The web hosting partner program is aimed at web designers and developers which have several sites in their portofolio. The pricing is structured on a sliding scale, starting from a simple rebate, extending over to multiple levels of discounts.

For higher volume resellers or smaller web hosting companies, we also offer a boxed hosting system at a dedicated server level.

What am I responsible for as a reseller?
You will act as a front line in the provision of the hosting services. This means that you will interact with your customers addressing billing, sales and support queries. Higher level issues can in turn be escalated to us.

How do I apply, and what costs are involved?
To apply, simply fill in this online partner application form.

There are no setup fees involved. The partner account works in a credit system, ie. you must have enough funds deposited to cover the charges.

Are there any set retail prices for the hosting products?
There are no fixed prices, so you can charge your customers whatever you consider appropriate.

How does the billing work?
Each month we deduct the ongoing fees from your partner account. In turn, you should bill your clients. Although we bill you monthly, you can bill your customers at any interval you wish (ie. quarterly, etc.).
