Physical datacentre access is available to co-location customers. There are several options:
  1. Full/half secure rack customers - FREE 24/7 access.


  2. Shared rack co-location customers:
    • Escorted by appointment, during business hours - FREE
    • Escorted by appointment after business hours - $330/hour or part of.
    • Unescorted 24/7 access (subject to shared co-location T&C's) - $110/month
